Organization of the team’s winter training season in Mallorca, Spain (2012).
Its main goal was to boost the team spirit through team building actions that enabled the club to go through to the semifinals of the Uefa Champions League.
Chelsea went on to win the trophy in the final against Bayern Munich by 2-1.
